1. What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, PSD, EPS, and JPG files. For best results, upload a 300 DPI transparent PNG at the correct print size.

2. Do you offer DTF gang sheets?

Yes. We offer custom DTF gang sheets so you can place multiple designs on one sheet and maximize your printing space.

3. Do you offer UV DTF gang sheets?

Yes. UV DTF gang sheets are perfect for tumblers, cups, glass, plastic, metal, packaging, product labels, and promotional products.

4. Do you offer local pickup?

5. Do you ship nationwide?

No. We have no minimum order requirement. You can order one gang sheet or place a larger business order.

7. What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed same day or next business day depending on artwork readiness, order size, and production volume.

8. What heat press settings should I use?

For DTF transfers, press at 300°–320°F for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure. Peel hot and finish with a final press.

9. Do UV DTF transfers need a heat press?

No. UV DTF transfers are peel-and-apply transfers for hard surfaces. No heat press is required.

10. What if my artwork is not print-ready?

We offer artwork services including background removal, logo vectorization, artwork cleanup, file repair, and print-ready file preparation.
