DTF Bodega™ Return & Refund Policy
At DTF Bodega™, every order is custom produced specifically for each customer. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Because DTF Transfers, UV DTF Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, artwork services, and custom printed products are made to order, all sales are generally final once production has started.
Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a replacement or store credit if:
✔ The wrong product was received
✔ The order contains a manufacturing defect
✔ The product was damaged during production
Any issue must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
✘ Customer-submitted artwork errors
✘ Spelling mistakes in approved artwork
✘ Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
✘ Color variations caused by screen settings
✘ Change of mind after production begins
✘ Artwork services, mockups, or design fees
✘ Approved orders that require reprinting due to customer error
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, sizing, spelling, and order details before approving production.
Any mistakes discovered after approval may require a full reprint charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Shipping Issues
DTF Bodega™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
